I special ordered a baby purple tutu with accessaries and received it today. All I can say about this tutu is WOW! It is absolutely gorgeous! The purple is a very rich color and the accessories are beautiful. I am a reborn artist and make and sell reborns on Ebay, so this will be for one of my babies. I had previously ordered a pink tutu from Karen and it was a big hit when I listed my reborn dressed in the pink one. Karen is so creative – you don’t have to explain in detail – she always does a fantastic job!

Most importantly, the sheer volume of additional items, and the quality of her product far surpassed any other retailer I have encountered on ebay or elsewhere. Karens communication was excellent and her need to make sure that the details of my order were to my exact specifications was reassuring. Not only did she NOT overcharge me on shipping, but I recieved my order in the expected amount of time. I don’t even know where to start. I found Karen Carter-Smith on ebay by devine appointment I believe. She has been an angel to work wtih. I custom ordered (10) tutus and they far exceeded my expectations and arrived much sooner than I thought they would. Karen LOVES what she does and loves people. I don’t even feel like we’re conducting business but we are. She goes the extra mile and then some. I will never buy tutus and/or accessories from anyone else. My clients just love my tutus. I ordered 5 hats with flower clips and a fall tutu with a sunflower and I can just say the picture does it no justice! These products are beautiful and Karen replied to allll of my questions so quick and she was so kind. I swear I won these items off ebay and had them within 3 days! She combined shipping on the items I won and is so reasonable! I would urge anyone to purchase from her and i promise you will become a lifetime customer.

Words can’t express how much we love our dress that we had made!! It was EXACTLY what we had hoped for and more!! It is amazing, and can you believe that we received it in under a week from the date I requested it?? The personal emails and follow up are amazing. Best products and customer service online! Karen is a great person and wonderful designer. My daughter and I love all the goodies we have ordered! She is 10 mos old now and I think she has sported one lilzoe product or another in every photo she has had taken! I really love the flower hats and headbands! We get so many compliments on them.
